About The Village

We are thrilled to invite you to join The Village, a community of support for new moms.  We are three women, some of us mothers, some of us birth workers, all of us devoted to providing concrete and practical assistance to women newly embarking on motherhood. 

Through our work and our lived experience we understand how challenging it is to navigate life with a newborn, each of us relying on our village for support and participating as villagers for the benefit of friends and family as much as we can. In reflecting on how grateful we feel for the support we receive and can provide, we imagined how challenging it would be to manage without the help we rely on everyday. We came together determined to extend a village to any new mom who needs one.

We offer scholarship funds for birthing classes, doula services, lactation consultants, babysitters, housecleaning, and personal care, as well as free meal kit or food delivery subscriptions, diapers and wipes, formula and laundry services.
